You must pay upfront, I will always show the sketch before you pay to make sure the drawing is adequate to your liking. If you change your mind in mid process, you may also ask for a refund. I will not refund finished products. Note- I take little time working on commission and usually finish them (approximately) within a month. But I would appreciate you don't push me or guilt trip me as it plays a lot with my motivation. So be patient. Lastly, boundaries are left at my discretion.
